1. How much does tuitui cost?
tuitui retails for 1500NTD. With it, you get three plates: Bear, Fox and Bird.
2. Can this be used for one particular scooter only or can be used with any scooter?
Install tuitui on any scooter, but the key fob is only paired to one device.
3. Must I change the battery?
Using a built-in, high capacity li-on battery, simply connect via micro-usb to recharge. No need to spend money to replace any batteries.
4. If rechargeable, how long does the battery lasts?
Have peace of mind: the unit will play six months when fully charged.
5. Won't the battery die at some point and I won't be able to find my scooter?
When the battery is at 10% charge remaining, the sounds will play at a higher pitch. You always know when it’s time to recharge.
6. Does the product have warranty for the user? If so, how long is its warranty?
It comes with a lifetime warranty for factory defects. Simply drop it off at your nearest convenience store.
7. How far away can I be from the scooter?

After spending an hour searching for his scooter in a packed parking lot in Hanoi, Chris realized there must be an easier way to find his scooter than by simply wandering aimlessly looking for it.
Chris has been designing and testing tuitui for the last three years whilst living across New Zealand and Taiwan. He draws on his experience as a travelling inventor, having previously developed a dual purpose weight training backpack for fellow fitness loving travellers. He has since exited that business and now operates tuitui full time.
As a lover of both New Zealand and Taiwanese culture, Chris has taken inspiration from both in designing tuitui, which borrows iconic New Zealand bird sounds to help motorists find their scooters quickly and gracefully.
